3 days after our order was reported as shipped we received an email that they never actually even had the several hundred pounds of hops listed (only wanted one box). Also called and was only told sorry our bad. I have another order with them from the same day which I still have not received which was well over a week ago. The tracking number provided states that a label was created and still has not been sent out.
Will not be using them again
