very easy once set up product arrived in good condition and in timely first experience very positive this is an excellent service for u brew pubs that really cant commit to ''contract'' plus i dont always want to use the same hops,that the fun in brewing always trying to achieve a higher level of quality and profiles which often require experimental ingredients thanks for the service hope my next purchase is as good
