Hops were delayed in shipping, but we finally did receive them. Communication was good during the shipping process.

Hops shipped in poor packaging. Not well handled for cost and quality of hops.

I heard nothing from them until after 2 weeks I still had not received my hops or any communication. They assured me the hops would ship the next week. They never did. Bad communication, bad service and ultimately no hops.
