Not that it is your fault, but I was double-charged by Lupulin Exchange and Brewcraft for an 11lb package and shipping, then was shipped not one, but two 11lb packages (one from each company) from your inventory. It's not like we won't use them, but it was just a headache with they delay, and now the double-charge and extra inventory.
